Spring Reset

Spring is a time of growth and renewal, and it's the perfect opportunity to focus on your health and wellness. Here are some additional tips to help you make the most of this season of new beginnings:

  1. Create a morning routine: Starting your day off on the right foot can set the tone for the rest of the day. Consider creating a morning routine that includes healthy habits like meditation, stretching, or journaling. This can help you feel grounded and energized for the day ahead.

  2. Get organized: Spring cleaning isn't just for your home - it's also a great time to clean up your health habits. Take some time to declutter your pantry, clean out your fridge, and get rid of any unhealthy foods that might be tempting you. This can help you stay on track with your healthy eating goals.

  3. Stay active throughout the day: Exercise doesn't just have to happen during designated workout times. Look for ways to stay active throughout the day, like taking a walk during your lunch break, doing a few squats while you brush your teeth, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

  4. Stay accountable: Staying accountable to your health goals is important for making lasting changes. Consider partnering up with a friend or family member who shares your health goals, or hire a health coach to help keep you on track and provide guidance and support.

  5. Practice gratitude: Gratitude is a powerful tool for improving mental and emotional health. Consider starting a gratitude journal, or take a few minutes each day to reflect on the things you're thankful for. This can help you stay positive and motivated on your health journey.

  6. Detox: this isn't limited to a liver detox or a juice fast; we also encourage what is known as a 3D Detox: digital, "doing", and drinking. This means decreasing social media, dwindling busy tasks, and declining drinks. Ridding your life of anything that isn't adding to it, will free you to be able actually achieve clarity and to do the things you want out of life.

  7. Stand up tall: improving your posture will bring numerous health benefits, the first one being improved mood and increased confidence. What better way to get a fresh start than to walk into a new season with conviction?

Remember, making healthy changes takes time and effort. Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up or have setbacks - just keep moving forward and stay focused on your goals. With these tips and a positive mindset, you can make this Spring your healthiest season yet.
